Whether you wish to support the farmer directly we have a coffee imported from Honduras, from a family owned business. Here the coffee is grown in sustainable conditions under a diverse canopy of shade trees without the use of pesticides, herbicides or fungicides.

Our Coffees
Farmer Direct
This Honduras coffee is straight from the La Mora farm high in the Comayagua Mountains, at an elevation of nearly 1500 metres above sea level. The coffee is grown in sustainable conditions under a diverse canopy of shade trees, without the use of pesticides, herbicides or fungicides. When ripe, the coffee is harvested by hand, peeled and sun dried naturally. The peelings are composted and used to fertilize the coffee plants. 100% Arabica.
San Marino
An excellent blend of Honduras Arabicas.

A marvellous mix of Arabica beans roasted to produce a lovely espresso.

Mixed to an Italian recipe of subtle blend of Arabica and Robusta, our very own Italian coffee.
